Please Read before returning as we will reject all unauthorised
returns.
We will refund or replace an item in the following situations.

We offer a full 30 day guarantee on all of our DVD's that are faulty, incorrect
or damaged.
The products will be replaced or refunded if unavailable. We will test the
product first to make sure it is faulty.
- We offer a 7 day return period where any product can be returned to us and a
full refund issued. The product has to be sealed and brand new as supplied. We
will not however pay any postage or packaging that it has cost to return the

Region Trouble
We cannot refund if your DVD player does not play the stated Region.
Please note we always state the regions of the DVDs on the description.
They are normally Region 2 (UK and Europe) but are sometimes region
free. Region 2 means that they will only work on your DVD player in a
foreign country only if your DVD player is multi region or Region 2.
Please check that your DVD player can play the correct region as we do
not refund if it does not.
U.S. customer please note especially as many believe their DVD player
can play Region 2 when they cannot.
