Terms and conditions that apply to users of
SelectCheaper.com which help the website keep a
safe place to trade and set out the full extent
of any agreement reached between you and
SelectCheaper.com in connection with this site. You
should understand that by placing an order, you
accept the following terms and conditions:

You agree that
all details you provide to SelectCheaper.com (the
site) and Select Entertainment Ltd. (the owner) are correct for
the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or
services, that the credit or debit card you
are using is your own and that there are
sufficient funds to cover the cost of the
goods or services ordered.

Your contract
for purchases made through this web site is
with SelectCheaper.com and Select Entertainment
Ltd. (the owner),
and you undertake that any and all goods
ordered by you are for your own private and
domestic use only.

You agree that
e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of
communication.
When ordering, the confirmation page sets out
details of your order. Following this, we will
send to you an order acknowledgment email
detailing the products that you have ordered.
Please note that this email is not an order
acceptance from SelectCheaper.com. Acceptance
of your order and the completion of the
contract between you and us will take place on
despatch to you of the products ordered unless
we have notified you that we do not accept
your order or you have cancelled it. All
products are subject to availability, if
unavailable a full refund will be processed.
You will receive an email once the order has
been dispatched.
No goods will
be sent unless we have received confirmation
of your payment, which will be automatically
produced by our credit card processors.
You will also
receive a confirmation by email of your
purchase and you must check that the details
on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as
soon as possible and you should print out and
keep a copy of it.
We will not
pass on your personal or credit or debit card
details to any third party.
We offer a full 30 day guarantee on all of our
DVD's that are faulty / incorrect / damaged.
The products will be replaced or refunded if
unavailable.
We offer a no quibble 14 day return period
where any product can be returned to us and a
full refund issued. Also referred to as a
cooling off period.
SelectCheaper.com
describes products as accurately as possible,
and uses information direct from the
manufacturer or supplier. A refund will be
offered if the products have in any way been
described incorrectly.
We will do our
best to correct errors and omissions as
quickly as practicable after being notified of
them. We will respond to email and phone calls
to resolve any problems.
All information
on this website is correct at the time of
publishing
We shall only
be liable for direct loss up to a maximum
total of the price of the product or service
purchased in respect of any claim.
Credit and
Debit cards are debited before items are
shipped. All prices include sales taxes (where
applicable) unless otherwise stated, and the
appropriate charge for shipping which is
clearly visible in our
Delivery / Postage Information page.
We will aim to
arrange shipment of all in stock items within
24 hours of receiving your order. Your order
may be delayed if the item is not in stock
with our suppliers. Some items may be
unavailable and the current stock status is
approximate. We are not able to supply dates
our suppliers may get an item in stock.

applies to all purchases from this website
The period
stated within which you will receive your
order is approximate. Goods will be sent to
the address given by you in your order and
stated in the Order Confirmation.
You maybe
subject to import duties and taxes, which are
levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Any such additional charges for customs
clearance must be borne by you. You should
note that customs policies vary widely from
country to country; we advice each customer to
contact their local customs office for further
information.
Please note
that when shipping products internationally
you should be aware that cross-border
shipments are subject to opening and
inspection by customs authorities.
It is a crime
to use a false name or a known invalid credit
card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering
an erroneous or fictitious order will be
prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
We will endeavour to help prosecute and track
all people that use fraudulent means, as do
our credit card processors.
There are no export restrictions to any
countries. Although we reserve the right to
refuse orders to any country we feel has a
history of breaking any of these terms and
conditions or payment problems.
We watch for unusual buying activity and will
not process any order we believe is unusual
until further information is collected.
All prices are stated in pounds sterling, and
this is the currency accepted on this website.
If you pay using credit card your issuer may
convert your domicile currency to pounds
sterling using their own exchange rate.
We may amend
these terms and conditions from time to time,
and place the new version on the website.
