JUDAAI is the story of a young lady Kajal (Sridevi) and her Engineer husband Raj (Anil Kapoor) who are a happy family with two children, a boy and a girl, but, Kajal is lusting for the status of a high-society lady, she wants everything including all the worldly comforts. Since Raj is working as an employee in a big company where he can't afford a luxurious life he explains to her that she should be satisfied with what they have - but her greedy mind can't understand this.
In Raj's life comes Jahnvi (Urmila Matondkar), a rich and beautiful girl from America. She is the niece of Raj's boss and has utmost faith that she can buy anything in the world. Slowly but surely, she finds herself attracted towards Raj until one fine day, she decides to get married to him.
All hell breaks loose in the lives of Raj and Kojal when Jahnvi's intentions are conveyed to them. Jahnvi plays a smart game and strikes a deal with Kajal. She offers Kajal Rs.2 crore for Raj's hand in marriage. Kajal forces Raj to get married to Jahnvi. Soon Raj and Jahnvi start living as man and wife while for Kajal everything is money. But slowly she finds herself neglected by her husband and her children, she is surrounded by jealousy.
Kajal now wants her husband and children back. On the other hand, Jahnvi is devoted to Raj and isn't prepared to leave Raj for anything in the world. What happens next? To find out watch 'JUDAAI'.
