Description
lookun, an international big-time smuggler has been under police surveillance for a long time. he has been able to evade arrest due to his crafty mind and skill in kung-fu arts. when an associate crime boss is imprisoned, lookun takes over his loot and escapes to istanbul to avoid police capture. the police despatch a special agent to pick up his trail. then li escapes from prison. infuriated by lookun's betrayal he employs the services of the ninja. soon the police agent finds himself in the centre of vicious gang war - a war which will only end after the loss of many lives, and perhaps even his own.
